Our CBD Oil bottles should be shaken well before each dose. Here at GMF, we use a whole plant, full sprectrum extraction method, meaning that all of the amazing therapeutic properties of the hemp plants remain in our oil throughout the extraction process. The oil should be squirted under the tongue and held there for 1-2 minutes, then swallowed with a beverage. CBD works best when it is taken daily, like a supplement. The dose is different for everyone. Most people are starting with 1 ml daily for 1 week and going up with their dose from there as needed.  However, different conditions require different doses. We encourage our patrons to research to find the dose that works best for them.
